Imagine only waiting less than two weeks to sell your house that is listed for $1,195,000 and a final sales price of 1.1 million? That is what happened to the lucky Seller of 3632 E Windy Point Drive. This 12 year old Contemporary has 3,700 square feet and is sited on an acre. Shows the market is getting stronger as we speak! I would have predicted it would take longer to sell this one because it has interior steps and is sited down a hill. But all it takes is one buyer who loves it and it is sold! It does have panoramic views of the Sonoran Desert, the city and the mountains. It previously sold for $1,050,000 in 2005 and I would have predicted it might sell for less, but as the market improves, Sellers are looking forward to having homes that spend less time on the market and sell for higher prices than they would have a year ago. The bottom has been reached!
