However, at prices  that are <em>close to a million or</em> <em>more</em>, there are few buyers that want a <strong>2</strong><em> car garage</em> and <strong><em>.21</em></strong> <em>homesite.</em> The views are incredible though, and the house is only <em><strong>7</strong> years old</em>, so it certainly has its draw for second home owners.</p>
