Sabino Mountain is where I hang my hat and is truly a place I love.  It is located in the last built ridgetop and valley community in the majestic area adjacent to Canyon Ranch. This community has 290 homesites with the first being built in 2001. Builders represented here are Pepper-Viner Homes and Monterey Homes that are non-custom home builders, Outpost Builders for semi-custom and custom homes and then a large assortment of custom home builders. The worth of the homes is from $300,000 all the way up to 7 million. The community is gated and has a Clubhouse, Pool and Spa. The beauty of the community rivals Sabino Canyon that is her neighbor. Walking the Sabino Mountain loops offers the hiker the same beauty as one sees hiking up Sabino Canyon.  Because of the rare beauty of the site and that it is a newer community, the number of sales in 2009 versus the number of homes listed for sale is more in balance than many other luxury Tucson Foothills communities.
