Skyline Country Club Estates is an upscale guard and gated community consisting of a less  than 500 homes that are sited majestically at the top of N. Swan Rd, past Skyline Drive. Skyline Country Club,  besides having a  private golf course, tennis courts, spa and athletic facilities, has many social clubs such as bowling, bridge, book club, etc. The private golf course opened in 1961 and the first homes were built in 1962. The high elevation beginning at over 3,000 feet and that it is nestled in the high Santa Catalina Mountains with surrounding pristine Sonoran Desert, assures the attractiveness in this coveted location.  There is abundant desert vegetation and wildlife.  Here one can witness the sparkling Tucson city lights from one of the highest residential locations in Tucson.

There are 19 homes for sale in Skyline Country Club Estates priced from $399,900 all the way up to $3,450,000. Only 7 have sold this year with price ranges from $400,000 – $766,500.  Homes over a million are selling, but typically only when they are bargain -priced and at lower prices than witnessed in the last four years.
