Like the home that sold yesterday- it is  hacienda- style with views of the mountains and city. The square footage on this one is 3,856 and the homesite is 1 acre. This buyer got an excellent deal! The list price kept dropping until the public ascertained the price as a great deal and then it sold close to the list price. Goes to show there are more than a few great deals in the Tucson Catalina Foothills.
