This 1994- built, over 4,600 square foot home with guest house had been on the market at this price for a little over 5 months. This home has incredible high Catalina Mountain views with sparklilng city lights, too! In 2008 these Sellers listed the house at $1,495,000. Once they realized that  that price was wishful thinking and priced the house much more competitively, it sold fairly quickly.

These lucky buyers got a great deal on a luxury Catalina Foothills home.
