A Home in Catalina Foothills Sells Quickly and at Price that Goes Against the Norms

In most cases homes that sell a year and a half ago and want to sell again, will lose money. 4735 N Camino Antonio went against the norm. It sold for $625K a year and a half ago, and is under contract today with a list price of 685K. The reason it probably represents a sale without a price decline is because this older – 1958 home – is located on a prime 2.5 acre homesite with great teardown potential. Although it is not in the Catalina Foothills – District 16 school district – it has a prime location off of Hacienda del Sol Rd.
