I have been noticing there is an increase in sales in the Tucson Foothills especially in the price range 400K – 650K. The higher ranges are showing some signs of growth, as well. I anticipate that 2011 will show market stabilization in all price- ranges in the Tucson Foothills except for the homes priced over 1 million. We still will see more sales in the very high-end, but the prices have to be quite aggressive. Tucson is a great place to live!!!I am so happy we made the life-time decision to move here 7 years ago!
