It is a contemporary with 4,500 square feet on .62 of an acre and the listing states it includes an adjacent very buildable lot. Check it out—6433 N Placita Del Zopilote (listed by Long Realty) which sold for $1,050,000. It should be noted this home sold for 1.2 million a little less than 10 years ago!
