There is no doubt about it – homes between 500K and 1 million are seeing a boost in sales. Some of the homes that have sold are not bargains; some are not in the best locations, etc. yet they are making it into contract. Previously this was a very rare event! The signs are there, my friend, that things are picking up in the luxury Catalina Foothills market. If the market has not bottomed in this price-range, it is likely it will soon. The inventory has been low for the past year, and this has finally played into more real estate sales in 2012.
