This very Danish- style Contemp has a little over 3,200 square feet and has the pool in front, which was unusual–though I must say I really liked it. Both features probably drove the price down from the original listing price of $1,280,000 (listed by another brokerage) to the final list price of range price of 899K-929K, which was so aggressively priced and well- marketed, it was sure to sell!!!!!!!
