The summer will bring a slowdown, as usual. During the past almost 9 years I have lived here, only one summer saw luxury Tucson Foothills luxury homes sales go up in summer.

I do recommend that the summer is the best time for buyers to purchase since they are not competing with all the snowbirds who flock to the Foothills from November – April.

Interest rates have never been better and the number of homes on the market continue to lessen.
