It should be noted this is only the third home that sold for over 2 million this year in the Foothills, with the other 2 homes selling for just over 2 million. However, Russ Lyon – Sotheby’s sold one for 2.6 million in Miravel in June. Miravel is NW of the Catalina Foothills and is, of course, usually rated as in the top 5  resorts in the United States.
