8500 E Solar Place was only on the market one day and it went under contract; it sold for 805K. It previously sold for 635K as a short sale in 2009 and previous to that sold for 875K at the top of the market in April 2006. The sweet spot in the market for Sellers now seems to be between 500K – 800K; finally the better housing market is moving up from the houses priced below 500K. 2014 will be a good year for Sellers, but for Buyers waiting that long could mean higher home prices.
