Sabino Mountain just had its fourth luxury home sale of the year and the fifth is under contract. After several years of no custom homes selling in beautiful Sabino Mountain, it is becoming popular again.
4201 N Quail Canyon made it to closing today at 825K, which represents the 4th sale this year of a luxury, custom home in newer Sabino Mountain, which is a gated community near Sabino Canyon with approximately 300 homes. There is another home under contract that has a list price of just under 900K on the same street, so for sure Sabino Mountain will see 5, if not more, luxury homes sold this year. The other luxury homes were sold at 797K, 810K and $1,374,000. As the market turns around, the Catalina Foothills communities are seeing more sales. Folks want to buy before there is too much appreciation since it is apparent that the bottom has been reached and mortgage interest rates are going up.
