2335 E Long Shadow sold for  $1,390,000. This 4,700 square foot home is sited on 1.2 acres; is also 7 years old like the house above. It was listed by Long Realty and sold by Keller Williams of S. AZ. This home was especially a good deal; it sold for $2,200,000 when it was new.
