This fairly new home measured by the age of most homes in the Catalina Foothills, originally sold for $1,150,000 when it was new in 2005. It is sad to see that most homes– especially priced over a million– have not regained their value even after so many years.

This year has not been a good year for homes for sale that are priced over a million; in fact there have been less homes that have sold in this price range this year versus last year. But the good news is, there are still some great bargains out there!
