1608 E Desert Garden Drive a 3,861 square foot, 15 year old home on 1.23 acres sold for 840K after being on the market for almost one year’s time; it was listed by Russ Lyon – Sotheby’s International Realty and the buyers were found by Tierra Antigua Realty.
In 2007, at the peak of the real estate market, it sold for $1,177,500 and when it was new in 2003, it sold for 850K. Here is another house sale that proves house prices in the Catalina Foothills luxury home market have had a difficult time recovering.
For Pima Canyon, which is a premier luxury neighborhood in the Catalina Foothills, this is likely the lowest price sale we will see this year. Most of the homes are larger and more luxurious and, therefore, are more expensive.
