A Sign of the Times

In the past week I have noticed more higher-end Tucson Foothills homes have gone under contract. Previously homes above $700,000 – 1 million were seeing very limited sales activity. In fact, for a few months it was easier to sell a home priced over a million that it was for homes priced between $700,000 and 1 million. Perhaps the stock market appearing to possibly have bottomed out, and that it is now going up, has instigated this positive change in Tucson Foothills Luxury Homes Activity.
