pimaThe Catalina Foothills fav community saw 2 sales today: 1993 E Quiet Canyon (sold by Long Realty for $1,370,000) and 7264 N Ancient Mesa (sold by Long Realty at $1,275,000). Wow! Quiet Canyon is new and has has over 4,800 square feet on an acre with no pool or spa; it has stone floors. The lot sold for a very low price of 282K four years ago. It only took 3 1/2 months to sell this probably mostly because new homes really attract folks; they want everything pristine.

Ancient Mesa sold for $1,475,000 three and one half years ago; this time selling for 200K  less. This is a Tara-Sun built home of 5,300 square feet; is a Mediterranean with quality masonry stucco construction; it is a young home of only 5 years. The street boosts having totally pavers and is very private with only 2 homes on it.
