Now this is a screaming bargain!!!!!!!!!!!! 6966 N Javelina Drive sold for 900K off a list price of $1,250,000 for a new  5,300 square foot home on 1.35 acres high up in Skyline Country Club. The lot costs  $672,500 ten years ago. How did this happen? I think the home was not completed as per the photos–looks like most of it was done, but not all of it. The list price started at $1,595,000 in early fall of 2012 and has been listed by Long Realty. This is a Kevin Howard designed home and some one got it for an outrageously low price. The deals continue but will not last forever!!!!!
