This represents a 13% increase in the number of luxury home sales. 2020 should continue with an increase in home sales as the Tucson economy continues to improve.
For Catalina Foothills Luxury homes priced 1 million+ there were 60 that sold in 2019 versus 62 in 2018. This price range remains steady.
