So far in 2021 there have been 236 sales in the price-range 500K-1 million ( for all of 2020 there were 521 sales); so far in 2021 the 1 million-2 million price range has already seen 59 home sales (for all of 2020 there were 75 sales); and for the ultra- exclusive price range of 2 million or more there have been 13 so far this year (for all of 2020 there were less-11 sales!!!!!).
